Delivery and Shipping services
Unless otherwise specified, allow 2 days for shipping at a flat rate of $12.00 in Woodbridge, Richmond Hill, Vaughan, Willowdale, Markham, North York, Thornhill, Downsview, Etobicoke, Aurora, Newmarket, Brampton and Mississauga areas ONLY. We ask that you double check the delivery address and include postal code, telephone number of the recipient and yourself. Please specify preferred delivery time.
There is no charge for GST on any items.
We cannot guarantee delivery for a specific day or time during a holiday period.
We are unable to deliver to PO box addresses.
We deliver on weekends and most holidays. Exact delivery time cannot be guaranteed between the hours of 9:00 am and 5:00 pm.

Due to health and safety regulations bouquets cannot be returned or exchanged, as they are a food item.
Our goal is your complete satisfaction; please notify us immediately if your order is unsatisfactory. |

Any cancelation is subject to a 15% of the total order fee.
Orders cancelled prior to shipping are subject to a cancellation fee. If your bouquet or gift basket is made up or en route or already delivered, we are unable to cancel your order. Custom-made orders are not subject to cancellation.
A free personalized message is included with every arrangement. All candy bouquets and gift baskets are wrapped with cello and bow. |
