HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER

1. Go to "Shop by occasion" menu
2. Choose occasion you are sending Sweet Bouquet for
3.Choose the bouquet or gift and click 'add to cart'
4. Complete our secure PayPal merchant form

We suggest that you register your PayPal account, to ensure security while placing your order. You will receive a copy of your order with a Personal Account number. Keep this number safe for future orders. Fields with asterisk (*) are mandatory.

Just include details of order, any coloures preference, price range, your address, e-mail address, billing phone number, contact name, text for card message and delivery date and time. Exact delivery time during the day are not possible. We deliver locally. If delivery is a business address, what time does it close?
 
In these case your payment has to be cash only when you receive delivery.  Sorry, we can not accept personal cheques. We will deliver more than one gift to a location for one delivery charge.
 
Note: Delivery address must be your address if you place an order by e-mail.
 
 
Unless otherwise specified, allow 3-5 days for shipping at a flat rate of $12.00 in Woodbridge, Richmond Hill, Vaughan, Willowdale, Markham, North York, Thornhill, Downsview, Etobicoke, Aurora, Newmarket, Brampton and Mississauga areas ONLY.
 
We cannot guarantee delivery for a specific day or time during a holiday period.
We are unable to deliver to PO box addresses.
 
We deliver on weekends and most holidays. Exact delivery time cannot be guaranteed between the hours of 9:00 am and 5:00 pm.
 
 We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Orders cancelled prior to shipping are subject to a cancellation fee. If your bouquet or gift basket  is made up or en route or already delivered, we are unable to cancel your order. Custom-made orders are not subject to cancellation.
Any cancelation is subject to a 15% of the total order fee.
