Unless otherwise specified, allow 3-5 days for shipping at a flat rate of $12.00 in Woodbridge, Richmond Hill, Vaughan, Willowdale, Markham, North York, Thornhill, Downsview, Etobicoke, Aurora, Newmarket, Brampton and Mississauga areas ONLY.
We cannot guarantee delivery for a specific day or time during a holiday period.
We are unable to deliver to PO box addresses. We deliver on weekends and most holidays.
Orders cancelled prior to shipping are subject to a cancellation fee. If your bouquet is made up or en route or already delivered, we are unable to cancel your order. Custom-made orders are not subject to cancellation.
Any cancelation is subject to a 15% of the total order fee.
